How do I order items to ship?

Click “ORDER” on the top task bar. Select the item/items that are needed for shipment. Click the “CART” icon. Enter email address and personal information(Name of Recipient, Recipient Address, Recipient Zip code, Recipient State & City). *Usually these items are generated automatically when inputting Recipient Address. During “Checkout” the customer will also be able to add special instructions to the merchant.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

An automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. PLEASE NOTE  If the order is placed after 12PM Thursday, it will be shipped out  the following Tuesday.  

How fresh are the items that I purchased?

All items are baked fresh in house DAILY.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

All orders are shipped out same day as order placement before 3PM during business hours. Once order is fulfilled customer will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. Any order placed after business hours/ after 3PM will be shipped out on our next business day. PLEASE NOTE If order is placed after 12 PM on  Thursday it will be shipped out  the following Tuesday. If the order is needed within the same week please place order before 12 PM on Thursday.

How fast will I get a response if I send in an inquiry?

Please allow 24 hours for an inquiry response. If inquiry is sent after business hours/after 3pm the inquiry will be answered on our next business day. If inquiry is sent after 12PM on Friday it will be answered on our next business day which will be the following Tuesday.
